Comfortable room, friendly staff, the support with express check-in made my stay easy while the location near Ternes Metro Station allowed for quick access to local attractions.

The room was way too small for comfort!!! A tiny elevator that barely accommodates luggage is a hassle!!! Cleanliness needs a serious upgrade, especially the bathrooms!!! Hot water inconsistencies made for an unpleasant stay!!!
